A Home In Need of Some New Interior Design Concepts

What was the client’s initial challenge?
Craig purchased an older home in an upcoming suburb with incredible views, but it was a bit of a blank slate; time for plans to be made and some fun along with it.
A New Design Look for an Old Home:
Craig wanted the property transformed to reflect the location and the sparkling potential he saw when he bought it; he needed the experienced interior design advice to guide his vision.
I already had a lot of new ideas ready to try out on such a blank canvas, and was ready to tackle a big design project.
Before
After
What did Andi identify as the main issues?
The bones of the house would suit a bold modern makeover with some new design ideas to spice things up, but everything else had to go.
Careful steps and specialized interior design advice:
To fully transform the property into a vision of Craig’s personality with a hint of modern opulence, renovations had to be made on a large scale. Half the house was torn down to make way for the new interior design.

Now was the problem solved?
I envisioned the finished project: room by room and the outside landscape. Researching the latest in new interior design trends to let Craig have the look he was envisioning.
We called in expert contractors to get the job done. By having a cohesive plan from the outset the work was completed quickly and to budget. Using the panoramic views as the focal point allowed me to blend organic elements with modern fixtures, creating a welcoming yet extravagant home.
The Result?
An indulgent yet minimalist new interior with not much of a price to pay.
It was a family home on a grand scale, but I tried to seamlessly combine comfort, elegance and convenience for Craig and his family.
